We went with Jon and Kelly Bohm to a Fall Festival out in Surprise with just Cole and Brynn while the twins stayed with my parents. Several nights before that my dad and I took them to GCU's Fall Festival at Grand Canyon Campus and they played games, jumped in the jumper and got candy.
Then on the official Halloween night we went to Palmcroft again this year for their festival,which is always so well put together. They played games, got candy, trunk or treated for gobs more, and did the cake walk, in which COLE WON!!! Can you believe it. He actually won out of like 30 people. It was so crazy. He was very excited! Grammy was even more excited b/c she remembers winning the cake walk when she was young and she thought Cole would really appreciate it!
We went home around 8:30pm, the kids hit up two neighbors who were still out handing out candy, and off to bed we went. It was wild and crazy but really fun and the dressing up part was all that mattered to them!
The last thing, the most awesome thing, was that Brody got to see a spitting image of Jack Sparrow at the Festival. The picture is below. It was crazy how much this guy looked like Jack. They really might have thought it was him! So, it's a pirate's like for us!
