Awana's (finally, stated with a smile but it sure was a long year of Awana's this year) ended in May. The kids did great. All three boys made it through their books and then some. Although, each week they acted like they didn't want to go, they always had a great time and I'm so proud of them for finishing. 
Quickly after Awana's ended and swim team began the kids had vacation bible school at my mom's church. The Kingdom Chronicles was right up their ally and the church did such a cute little set. Our friend Zach Shepherd was invited to teach there so the kids had a blast having the Shepherd kids there with them and having Zach as a teacher. On the last night they invite the parents to come and see the final drama and to eat dinner with the kids.

My mom is always so great with helping to transport the kids to and from activities like this. We each usually do one way. It makes it so much easier for me and the kids get to enjoy so many activities.
Brynn was able to attend VBS this year since she is now 4. She was SO excited.
